Details
ci: build APK on GitHub Actions (x86_64) instead of Forgejo 
The Forgejo runner (winterfell) is Apple-Silicon Asahi with a 16KB page
size; qemu-user can't map x86_64 shared objects, so Gradle's native libs
fail to load under emulation. Move the APK build to a GitHub-hosted
x86_64 runner where the Android toolchain runs natively. Keeps the
debugged config: CI=false, Node 22, JDK 21, SDK 36.
